To become an authorized dealer or establish a wholesale account with us, please complete the form below and click on "SUBMIT APPLICATION."
To finalize your application, please email us a copy of your Tax Exemption/Resale Certificate and W9. You can send these documents to info@bocabearings.com or AR@bocabearings.com.
